EPOXY PRIMER is a two part solvent based epoxy primer/sealer designed to increase the adhesion and coverage of Intech Specialties Co., Inc. flooring products on concrete, wood, tile and other porous surfaces. Can be used as primer for most paints and as a clear sealer on floors. It promotes inter-coat adhesion to any topcocat.
