Ordering an item from our Company? We can ship to most addresses. Note that some items have restrictions and cannot be shipped to international destinations, so be sure to check with our customer service department for special destinations.
Products where the flash point of the product is greater then 73F allows transportation as Limited Quantity (consumer commodity).
For customers requiring overnight shipments, hazardous material handling charges apply to UPS or Fedex shipments. Call our customer service for rates and options.
Normal shipping time is 3-5 days when your product is in stock, Special orders or products made to order will take longer.

Shipping costs for orders from our Company depend upon the method and option you choose. Please note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Returns are authorized through our customer service department. Should any problems arise in shipping or with the quality of our product please contact us.
You may return most new, unopened standard items sold and fulfilled by AntiSlips.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Items that are opened or returned more than 30 days after delivery cannot be refunded due to the nature of the materials.
The user of this product is responsible for making its own evaluation and tests regarding the capabilities, safety, utility, suitability and application of the product, and assumes all risks and liabilities resulting from the use or application of the product, whether used alone or with other products. The COMPANY warrants only that the product conforms to the specifications contained in product Technical Data Sheets published by the COMPANY, a copy of which is available to the user. If the product fails to conform to this warranty, the user shall contact our customer service department within 10 days of the purchase date with a note specifying the defect and the COMPANY will either replace the product or at its option, return the purchase price. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN THIS PARAGRAPH, THE COMPANY MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, NATURE OR DESCRIPTION, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND HEREBY DISCLAIMS THE SAME. In no event shall the COMPANY be liable to the user of this product, whether in contract or in tort or under any other legal theory (including, without limitation, negligence), for damages which exceed the purchase price of the product, or for any indirect, incidental, consequential or similar damages, arising out of sale, use or application of the product, or for any claim made against the user by any other party, even if Company has been advised of the possibility of such claim.
